I have to be honest now and that is not true. I remember when I was very anxious and was desperately seeking for help. The answer was clearly: MEDITATION. Without that we all human would be truly cracked up and would have zero empathy, understanding for other‘s people behaviors who are unfriendly or rude. Meditation helps me to remember to stay calm even when if I don‘t want to and urge to argue with them as well. So meditation is needed for people who are very sensitive to other‘s ( negative ) energies.
