Well maybe it’s your lucky Gen ;)) my mom eats sorry to write it down almost all the time ordered foods and also she doesn’t drink water 💦 but drinks soda all the time but she is lean AF with 7 children — way leaner and way stronger than I am in my current age. She is soon 65 and really looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger just in mini cute female version. She works out all the time everyday but she doesn’t believe in clean food all the time but that we should eat what we like hahaha because it’s exhausting to eat all the time healthy ( her opinion ) but yeahhh in the end she is just f*** blessed to have the so called „God-Gen“. She is really a dream woman!!!!! But yeah in my case I eat healthy food and workout regularly. I can be better where I am now that is for sure :))))
